Scanning on HP photosmart c3100 how do I find the scan similes?

I used the HP photosmart C3100 to scan some pictures but I cannot locate them on my computer. Some one told me that the pictures are located contained by My Documents / My Scans, but I could not find that folder.

they are stored in hp imaging till you modify it to something else - open your scan from hp and move them - you can change the location from your hp god at the bottom right of the computer
they are usally saved lower than the hardware you are using. Open >My computer>HP photosmart c3100<
