Please could anyone detail me if i can photostat a document using my scanner. I have tried, and when it comes down to printing, the printout is adjectives in a pinkish colour, excluding that it's perfect. The trouble is the colour of the copy doesn't look untested.
All the ink levels are ok and i enjoy used the printers trouble shooter
and everything seems ok. I am presently thinking it may not be possible to get a copy of a document using this proceedure, but i'm not sure. Please can anyone serve with this.
Please can anyone assistance next to a scanner problem?
When you start the scan check your settings. it depends on the scanner exactly what it will show but nearby should be options to scan colour document B/W document Photo etc. Select B/W document and this should solve your problem. Good Luck
This could be a problem next to either the scanner or printer, you may involve to calibrate both of them. Its called a 'colour cast'.

One of these sites may facilitate, plus refer to the manufacturers website.
I am not extraordinarily good at this sort of piece but may I suggest that you put a blank sheet of paper aft the document that you are scanning and see if that help.
Perhaps your printer is using color ink to create black. Set the print preferences to use black ink only to procure true black.
