How do you scan a picture? do you press scan on the scanner or somewhere on your computer ? exactly where on earth ? and where will the symbol pop up at ? do i need to unequivocal something for it to be on? be specific! please and thank you!
please oblige?!?
Its different with every scanner. you may know how to click on my computer and it may show the scanner as a device.
Activate the software that came near the scanner and a menu should pop up asking you if you want to scan pictures or text or a combination of the two.
Some software will ask if you want to scan surrounded by colour or black and white. There should be options to state where on earth you want the scanned pictures save.
Other details such as how many dots per inch you prefer your descriptions to be should be on the menu too.
select what you want and then click on "Scan".
Some scanners (newer ones) hold a scan button on the scanner that automates everything.
Every scanner conmes with software ( on a disc ) and installation/operating instructions.
If you don't have this, you may know how to go to the manufacturer's website and download them.
Without the software, i don't suggest you can scan and manipulate imagery.
Most scanner are hard to use and the sw is also strong to use.
you usually have to run the sw that come with the scanner.
The easiest instrument to scan pictures into your PC and easily correspondence them around or put them on the web is to buy a product call :
PaperPort , by a company Visioneer.
It is soooo easy anyone can scan a black and white primer document or a color photo in second.
I do not work for this company, just own one and love it.
