My OS is win 2000 and I own a Primax Colorado Scanner 600p/1200p. It functions but the scan come up as black and it doesnt show up in the control panel as it is not supproted by microsoft. I hold Downloaded all the drivers Primax have but it still comes out black. Any Help?

Take my advice and purely buy a whole brand new device!
