problem within uninstalling and reinstalling hp scanjet 4070 scanner. Any patch wallet required for reinstallation?

I am majooz@yahoo.com dont dally to contact me on my e-mail when you need any support in computer so something like your problem :

Whenever you want to install adriver for a HP device you have to install the driver from the cd while the device is disconnected near the computer then when the installation wizard asks you to connect the device you own to turn it on first then connect it to the computer and the installation wizard will pilfer it and install it properly so try this and let me know what the result please.
