When attempting to use the scanner portion of my Epson RX620, i get the message that another application is using it (i presume this is a driver issue?!?!). Although slow to expand, the other printer features do work - i have tried reinstalling the software but this have made no difference - Any Ideas??
RX620 Scanner fail to clear?
try turning the scanner on before you switch on your computer. Check within task principal too that there are no related programs running.
