Here get this. It is call ccleaner. It fixes and makes sure that your computer stays well. Here's the link to carry it. It's free too.
cccleaner is the only registry cleaner that in actuality scans your computer and certainly fixes it for free and lets you know exactly what it is fixing item by item

Would recommend erunting your registry first, or perhaps a sys restore point, next if all is very well, it doesn't hurt having a backup.
