Restart problem?

while working on my notebook it gives message that

liberate your unsave data because system going to shutdown

automaticaly and it shows time reducing time contained by seconds

Restart problem?

Have u installed anything brand new like any software or any tentative hardware on ur system before u distinguish this? If so its time to check how u have installed it contained by ur system. If not .. restart ur system and while it does that before u can see the win logo press the F8 and select the nontoxic mode option select the administrator.. check if matching thing happen.. if so then its time to phone ur system admin or ur system vendor . first check if it happens within BIOS .. if not something wrong next to windows... if yes the something wrong beside system...
