I hold an old HP scanner that when it scan it makes ashen and green stripes on the image. it is sensitive of like a highlightor. how can i craft it stop doing that.

that happens when your driver is fruitless. Reinstall driver and try it again. If it still doesn't work, try it with other notebook to make sure it is not your physical scanner problem
