scanner problem can anyone backing me ?

I hold amd athlon 64 with win xp sp2, I installed umax ashtra 4100 scanner it works fine when I log on as administrator but when I log on as predetermined user it shows messege that "can't find source.ini please reinstall it" what should I do ?

reinstall the winxp or scanner software
Reinstall the software and make sure both the source files and the program files are placed surrounded by a folder that all users can display. Example: C:\program files\umax
