Scanner back?

I own just installed an hp psc2175 all-in-one and every time i try to use the scanner wizard to preveiw the pix i recieve the message...

An error occured during preveiw. if the scanner is anyone used, please wait for it to complete the mission ans then click preveiw.



and its not doing a odd job! HELP ME OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!



and if i just dont preveiw it and try to scan it it comes up dictum ......

i have every article set up right i think and every nouns is fine i tried reebooting and all that stuff!!!!!!!!!!!!!! HELP ME!!!!!!!!!! be for i eradicate my pc!!!!!!

Is adjectives of the other functions working properly.

Anyway first of all try downloading the most modern upgrade for software and Driver download from HP

Before you install this uninstall the previous software installation and then run the downloaded software.

If you still getting alike problem try downloading System Diagnostics Utility (v 1.5) form HP and run the software. The weblink for downloading the Diagnostics Utility is http://h10025.www1.hp.com/ewfrf/wc/docum... If it still doesn't work then u own to call their methodical support but remember to keep atleast partly hour in your foot before u do so.
