I scan some old photos using the scanner and import them into paperport to crop. But the problem is they are not even showing up as they were scan. I scanned them as grayp at 400dpi but surrounded by paperport their coming up as black&white.
PLEASE HELP!!! Is in attendance anyone out at hand who know Paperport 10/11 and Minolta PS7000 scanner really capably?
By definition the gray scan selection is black and white, correct your scan type to color photo and you should get true color or greyscale.
