on, how do i reset this hp 1510 printer scanner, the book sez nil on what to reset.

I don't know if your printer works the same process as mine, but when you get the printed page your supposed to put it as if you be going to scan it so the printer can align itself. Once aligned it will stop printing the test page.
Remove the printer contained by the printerlist. Unplug the printer. Reboot. Download newest drivers. Install them. Reboot. Plugin printer.
