Running Windows 98 SE on a Compaq PC 7474.



I own recently purchased the Lexmark Printer and own gone thru the installation wizard. However, although the Printer seems to be recognised on the Compaq, it will not print set book from the computer.



If I scan a document the printer-all-in-one works fine. It will print from the scan but it will not print a file document. I hold tried printing from Excel but the same point happens. The printer simply shoots out a page in need any print on it.



The cartridge seem OK as it prints from scan.



Can anyone help as Lexmark do not provide email contact.......



Shan't be buying from them again.

There’s a possibility it might own installed the wrong driver on to your computer. Try reinstalling it again with your resource compact disc or try the following link.

Through my experience, Lexmark products hold not ever been completely reliable.
