Scanning pictures to your computer?

i really want to scan these photos of when i be a little kid, i own a printer that lets you scan photos.. but it say i need a program on my comp for it. i cant find any, and i want to know how to download one for free. can anyone help me out here??

Hmmmmmm, I own one of those fax/copiers/scanners/printer and after I put in the disk provided next to the scanner to reckgonize the printer and etc all I do is rescue go to the start menu later go to my pictures and click on carry pictures from scanner or camera when the scanner/printer is hooked up and save the picture as a jpeg or anything format I desire.
try installing any software that came beside your printer

also check the manufactorers website for drivers/software
Did you recieve anything with your printer?

When you first plugged the printer into your comp. did it ask to intall anything?

IS here any software on the Company's wepage?



I got the program contained by a CD near the printer.
You should have software that come with the printer if it is a scanner. The scanner set-up and drivers. A graphic-editing or a photo-management program is regularly included. That program can be used to access the scanning features



If no illustrative programs are installed you can go to download.com.



On the tab across the top choose Downloads.

On the left side of the peak choose Digital Photography.

Choose Digital Photo Tools



Change all Licenses to Free and click the Filter button.

Check out the unbroken site to find want you need.
