You hold not asked a question. If you are asking how to transport scanned info through email you of late attach the file. If you are using a separate email program you can in recent times right click on the scan file and "send to communication recipient".
I'm not sure exactly what you are asking but if you want to send scan documents through email you should save the scan file as a .bmp or .jpeg (both are formats of picture files). Then, move about into your email and click "attach." You can browse through the folders on your computer and go into the folder where on earth you saved the scan file pictures. Click one at a time (each must be a separate attachment) and after click "attach" again so the email will load them. Then you can type surrounded by whatever you considered necessary adn the address to send it to and you will be capable of send scan docs as attachments to be viewed as pictures.
If the record sizes of your scanned imagery are largish,

then better to not distribute them as an attachment at all.

Far too masses large attachments take sent via email

these days; and its getting slightly out of hand. Many

messages servers will refuse files near certain extensions,

and sizes above a secure maximum.



The alternative is to post your image on a website, or

free space somewhere, consequently email out the link to the

pattern address where posted. More convenient, since it

alleviates the strain on those poor post servers, and

the poor recipients Inbox, and also deeply, lot faster.
