try running the following two menus of ccleaner, it will remove if it is an obsolete entry. I guess it should not be related with your competency to send photos by emails contained by case you are using a pattern based email service resembling Yahoo Mail or hotmail, Gmail etc etc

cleaner > Analyze > Run Cleaner

issues > Scan For Issues > Fix Selected Issues

Ouch , well that could be any a virus or a spyware problem , now first do the scan for both the virus and the spyware , then , disable and see the windows update , wreak sometimes if your xp is updating and for some reason it stop surrounded by the middle of something then that can explanation problems
