URGENT how do i bring back the scanner to work? Says unkown device.?

its a medion scanner and computer, it's plugged contained by and it says unknow device. Please support i need to finish this dt work today.

an install disc beside drivers should make it work. you should know how to find it on driverforum.com
try restarting with it plugged within .....
Try reinstalling the driver cd that came next to the scanner....
install the driver or the software, you should of got a cd for it, and if then return with the model number of the scanner, and go on google and go through for that scanner driver, if you have a cd, install the driver, software afterwards try it...
'Start', 'control panel', 'system', 'device manager' then 'hardware' tab.

You should see an exlamation put pen to paper next to unknown device. Right click on it and 'update driver'



Allow Windows to connect to internet.

when this happen you need to reinstall the cd it cames near and it should work perfectly after that
if you havent installed the cd it come with, that could be it...or if you own it may need to be re-installed. or basically try the good outdated restart your computer-i do that all the time w/my printer & it works.
remove the device, reboot, permit windows find it and install it, the drivers should still be surrounded by there, assuming they WERE installed.

if you enjoy the original installation cd after use that when windows finds the device.

control panel-system-hardware-device principal to remove it simply find it, right click and click remove.

then reboot.
what system are you using if its xp i might know how to help you ok as i have that problem
